Engineering & Maintenance Staff (Placement: Makassar)

Nusantara Infrastructure is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering & Maintenance Staff to join our operations in Makassar, South Sulawesi. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and operational excellence of our toll roads. You will work closely with our engineering team to maintain and improve our toll road systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

As an Engineering & Maintenance Staff at Nusantara Infrastructure, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including conducting regular inspections, performing routine maintenance, and addressing any issues that arise. You will use a range of tools and software, such as AutoCAD and GIS, to manage and document your work. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of one of Indonesia's most important infrastructure projects, while gaining valuable experience in the engineering and maintenance field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of toll road infrastructure to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades, to ensure the structural integrity and operational efficiency of toll roads.
• Use AutoCAD and GIS software to create and maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and infrastructure conditions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance plans and strategies.
• Monitor and report on the performance of toll road systems, identifying trends and areas for further improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and provide training to other staff members on safety protocols.
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to manage the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Participate in emergency response and repair activities to address any urgent issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering and maintenance, preferably in the infrastructure or transportation sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS software.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards relevant to toll road maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
