Human Resources (HR) People Development Specialist

PT Pradowansa Sukses Lestari is seeking a dynamic HR People Development Specialist to join our team for a 6-month contract in Jakarta Raya. You'll be instrumental in shaping our company's future by attracting top talent and developing our employees' skills.

In this role, you'll work closely with the HR team to implement and refine our talent acquisition strategies, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring we find the best fit for our team. Additionally, you'll design and deliver professional development programs, utilizing platforms like Coursera and Udemy to upskill our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS tools.
• Design and deliver professional development programs using Coursera, Udemy, and other e-learning platforms.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to foster growth and development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and talent development.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team.
• Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records using Workday.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
• Proficiency in using ATS tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Experience in designing and delivering professional development programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Pet Healthcare industry is a plus.
