As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and operational. You will work closely with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules, conduct regular inspections, and address any issues promptly. This role requires a proactive approach and a keen eye for detail to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance activities and ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and operational.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks.
• Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Monitor and optimize equipment performance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team to improve their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Proven experience in leading and managing maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance software and tools such as SAP, Maximo, or similar.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the hospitality or industrial maintenance environment is a plus.
