You will use evidence-based practices and the latest rehabilitation techniques to help patients achieve their optimal physical function and quality of life. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate patients to determine their physical needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, self-care strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support their rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including chiropractors and other therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and efficiently using our electronic health records system.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and rehabilitation through continuing education and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Physiotherapist with a valid professional license to practice in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
