📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the growth of our dental clinics.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support the HR team in managing employee leave, attendance, and time-off requests.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
