📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring high standards of financial reporting and compliance.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and monitor the budgeting process, ensuring accurate financial planning and control.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• Foster a culture of financial integrity and accountability within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Accounting Manager role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
