📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify customer invoices and payments using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Track and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our accounting system.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and work with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on accounts receivable to the finance team.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing and accounts receivable.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing administration.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry-specific billing practices in the building materials distribution sector.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
