📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the safety and efficiency of all marine operations at Freeport Papua.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations and standards.
• Manage and optimize marine activities using industry-leading tools such as Maxsurf and Portbase.
• Lead and mentor a team of marine operations professionals.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless port operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance marine operations.
• Represent PT Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marine operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Certifications in Marine Superintendency, Safety Management, and Port Operations.
• Proven track record of leading and managing marine operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
