📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store displays and merchandise.,Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of all store transactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or retail role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
