📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service to all customers.,Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintaining a clean and organized cash register area.,Assisting in inventory management and stock control.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.,Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks.,Promoting a positive and friendly work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting light items.,Must be able to speak Indonesian fluently.
