📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the registration and check-in process for patients,Provide information about the clinic's services and procedures to patients and their families,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth and efficient patient care,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,Handle patient inquiries and concerns, and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary,Promote a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients and their families,Assist in the organization and management of the clinic's front office operations,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patient service or administrative role in a healthcare setting,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families
