📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Promote sales and special offers to drive revenue growth.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Assist in store maintenance and cleanliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Familiarity with sales and marketing techniques.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.,High school diploma or equivalent.
