In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Client Business & Customer Success operations. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our executive search services by ensuring client satisfaction, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional results. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Client Business & Customer Success team, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.,Oversee the delivery of executive search services, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of executive search services with the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in executive search and client management.,Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive search, client business, or customer success roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Understanding of the Indonesian business environment and culture.,Experience in using executive search software and tools is a plus.
