📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring vehicles are serviced regularly.,Oversee the safety and compliance of all vehicles, ensuring they meet all legal and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet-related activities, including maintenance, fuel usage, and vehicle performance.,Train and mentor new drivers and fleet staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement fleet management strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, management, and other departments.,Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
