Store Bright Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Area Manager to join our team in Cikarang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our stores in the assigned area, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail or sales environment.,Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
