📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Provide individual and group counseling to students to address personal, social, and academic issues.Develop and implement school-wide programs to promote student well-being and academic success.Conduct career guidance sessions to help students explore and plan their career paths.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development.Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure effective intervention.Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, time management, and study skills.Maintain accurate records of student counseling sessions and interventions.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in school counseling and career development.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a School Counselor or in a related role.Strong knowledge of Indonesian education system and curriculum.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Valid teaching license or certification as required by Indonesian law.Passion for working with young individuals and a commitment to their holistic development.🛠️ Keahlian
