Fresh Direct Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company has the necessary supplies and materials to meet its operational needs. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.,Manage the procurement process from request to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that procurement activities support business goals.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Ensure all procurement activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations.
