CV Visi Permata is looking for a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our operations, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Bali. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and maintain equipment and vehicles.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Provide training and support to staff.,Manage budgets and financial reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Good knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with basic maintenance and repair of vehicles.,Proficient in using computer and office software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
