📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in school counseling or a similar role.
• Certification in school counseling (e.g., NCSC) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.
• Proficiency in using counseling software and tools such as Aeries, PowerSchool, or similar systems.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
