LUMEN Mandiri is seeking a Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness,Create and manage technical writing processes and procedures,Conduct user research and usability testing to improve documentation,Mentor and train junior technical writers,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software
