JUNCTION Berjaya is looking for a skilled Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Binjai, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation that supports our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and guide junior technical writers within the team.,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software or IT products.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
