Port Up Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for continuous learning and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Develop and deliver training programs and workshops.,Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development specialists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
