SATOSHI Unggul is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, clear, and user-friendly. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home and our office in Probolinggo.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products.,Work closely with the development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.,Provide technical support to customers and users by answering questions and resolving issues.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our documentation meets the needs of our customers and users.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in technical writing.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.,Experience with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English.
