Agung Putri Health Center is a leading healthcare provider in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from our office and remotely.

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping us build a strong and diverse team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to find the best talent for our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and attracting top talent for various positions within the organization.
  • Screening and evaluating candidate applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and keeping them informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Ensuring compliance with all hiring and employment laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
