📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.,Analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution and logistics.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution management principles and best practices.,Familiarity with logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
