📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into sales performance.,Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.,Participate in sales meetings and negotiations to secure deals and contracts.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or similar industries.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles is a plus.
