📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Supervise and train store staff to ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure consistent product quality and brand standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and implement new processes as needed.,Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.
