📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring high standards of financial reporting and compliance.
Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Manage and monitor the budgeting process, ensuring accurate financial planning and control.
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
Foster a culture of financial integrity and accountability within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Accounting Manager role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and financial regulations.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
